Jason graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with a degree in Sport Management. After graduation, he began as a volunteer and grew to become the Director of Operations for the Junior Seau Foundation in San Diego, California. After nearly 11 years with the Junior Seau Foundation, Jason pivoted to casino sales roles with Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas and Baltimore. Seeking to relocate back to the east coast, Jason joined HEAL as their new Executive Director from 2016 to 2024 and now serves as a Consultant. He enjoys cruises, riding his motorcycle, volunteering, community outreach, networking, and enjoying time with his family.
