Joseph Delaney served as President and CEO of MSC Care Management for six years after joining the organization in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. As the result of the merger between One Call Medical and MSC Care Management that created One Call Care Management in 2012, Mr. Delaney served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer until stepping down in December of 2015. Previously, Mr. Delaney served as a partner from 2002 to 2004 at The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory and principal investing firm which he joined as a consultant in 1997. Delaney holds a BS degree in finance from Villanova University and an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.  Joe is active in the Jacksonville community, having served on the board of Leadership Jacksonville and as a member of the Jacksonville Civic Council. During his time at One Call, Joe served on non-profit board seats at WCRI and Kid’s Chance.
