Dr. Eric Weiss grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. He attended Boca Ciega High School and went on to graduate from Davidson College and Duke University Medical School. Eric received his general surgery training from University of California, San Francisco; and his plastic surgery training from the University of Miami.
He moved to Jacksonville with the United States Navy and was the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Navy hospital in Jacksonville. With a final rank as a commander, Eric left the in 1998 and opened up a private practice in plastic surgery.
At the Northeast Florida Plastic Surgery Center, Dr. Weiss excellently provides cosmetic surgery procedures to enhance the appearance of the face, breast, tummy, and thighs as well as personally administering cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and Restylane.
Married, and a father of two sons, Dr. Weiss lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Florida Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Greater Jacksonville Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. A diplomat on the National Board of Medical Examiners, he also volunteers for "Hands Healing Hearts" annual medical missions to South America, performing reconstructive surgery for children with birth defects.
